By accessing vladbubenko.com (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms may be updated; the date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

The site is a personal portfolio. It showcases work Vlad Bubenko has designed, built, or contributed to, and it advertises consulting services. It does not provide legal, financial, medical, or any other professional advice. Case studies describe past work and do not guarantee any particular outcome or result.

3. Intellectual property

The site and everything in it — text, design, code, logos, images, case studies, and the résumé — is the intellectual property of Vlad Bubenko (or used with permission) and is protected by copyright and related laws. The content is made available for personal, informational viewing only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, resell, or redistribute the content of this site (including screenshots or extracts of case studies) without prior written permission, except for brief quotes with attribution and a link back to the source.

4. Trademarks

Company names, product names, and logos mentioned on the site (including but not limited to MasterClass, Iterable, Segment, Salesforce, and client names) are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention here is for identification and attribution only and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless stated.

5. Protected case studies

Some case studies are gated behind a passphrase. Access is granted on request, at my discretion, typically to clients, employers, and recruiters. Access is personal: you may not share passphrases, circumvent the gate, or redistribute the full content of a gated study, which may include information shared under confidentiality obligations. Content in gated studies remains subject to Section 3.

6. External links

The site links to third-party websites (clients, employers, tools). I am not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Visiting them is subject to their own terms and policies.

7. No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes arising from use of the site are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the laws of your country of residence may grant you protections that cannot be waived, and nothing here limits those rights.
