MasterClass for Business sells the catalog to companies rather than to people - a sales-led B2B motion sitting next to a self-serve consumer one, with its own stack. Salesforce is the system of record; HubSpot is the marketing engine. I support that team as the MarTech function: managing both systems and the sync between them, building the email templates, landing pages and automations they run campaigns on, and integrating the surrounding tools so the work doesn’t bottleneck on engineering.

The full study covers how field authority is split between two CRMs that both think they own the contact, what gets built and why it’s all components, the parts that are hard - cross-stack suppression when someone is both an employee and a subscriber, and seat rollout after the deal closes - and what actually changed for the team.

My MasterClass work covers internal architecture, tooling and numbers, so the full write-up is shared on request rather than published openly. Email me and I’ll send the passphrase - usually the same day.
