Tentpole moments do not behave like the rest of the calendar. The date is fixed before the requirements are, the requirements change after the build starts, and shipping late is not a private failure. Two of these landed inside a year, and they failed in opposite directions - one enormous moment under NDA and an aggressive timeline, and eight-plus small ones that were individually trivial and collectively a quarter.
The full study covers both: the three landing page experiences behind KIMK 360, the modular contest framework behind MC10, why a same-day launch was really a decision made eight builds earlier, and what confidentiality does to a review process.
My MasterClass work covers internal architecture, tooling and numbers, so the full write-up is shared on request rather than published openly. Email me and I’ll send the passphrase - usually the same day.
That passphrase didn’t work. Try again, or email me for access.
