Class launches, the newsletter and promos account for most of the lifecycle program - and each one used to be built by duplicating the last one. That survives a slow calendar. It does not survive four launch moments times eight categories times two audiences times an experiment, so scope got cut until the matrix fit the week. The thing being cut was always personalization.
The full study covers the shift from building campaigns to building campaign systems: one dynamic template per family, the newsletter's move from campaign to workflow, promo mechanics that run four kinds of variant from a single build, and the banner system controlled by one snippet variable.
My MasterClass work covers internal architecture, tooling and numbers, so the full write-up is shared on request rather than published openly. Email me and I’ll send the passphrase - usually the same day.
That passphrase didn’t work. Try again, or email me for access.
