2 Months Full rebrand timeline
150+ Employees on the signature system
Custom Post type & directory build
01 — The Challenge

Sealy and Company needed a rebrand that could ship fast - new logo, stationery, email signatures, and a rebuilt website, all inside a two-month window. The trickiest piece wasn't visual: it was operational. The firm needed a way to keep 150+ employees on-brand in their day-to-day email without asking anyone to manually format a signature.

02 — The Approach

I built a custom WordPress post type and template to manage employee information as structured data, then layered a JavaScript-driven employee directory and an automated email-signature generator on top of it. The hard part was cross-client rendering - every major email client compiles HTML signatures differently, so getting one signature to look right in Outlook, Gmail, and Apple Mail simultaneously took real trial-and-error, not just clean code. Security and performance stayed first-class concerns throughout, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.

03 — Visuals

04 — The Outcome

The signature system deployed cleanly across all 150+ employees, and the rebrand - print, UX/UI, and web together - gave Sealy and Company a more elevated market position without the usual agency-rebrand timeline.
